Central Hilal Committee is a genuine regional moon-sighting organization under the supervision of renowned traditional scholars and people of knowledge. They have a wide range of local moon-sighting networks in the US, Canada and Caribbean Island. The pure prophetic moon-sighting method has been adopted by this organization. For these reasons, Al-Noor Muslim Community Center, along with many other Islamic Centers & Masajid, follow the Central Hilal Committee in regards to moon-sighting.
